01-26-02: The interview with Matt Furey is finally
done and up in the fighter interview
section. Some good advice from a man who loves to crank
those leglocks on.
01-25-01: Have some Jamie Levine fighting going on in
Lakeland Florida. Will try to post results as soon as
they are up.
01-24-02: For all the newsletter members who filled
out the stupid questionnaire I have put up a members only
section with tutorials on some cool new leg attacks.
These will help you get the mount or you will rip their knees
off...or something like that. Thanks for your help and I
hope you like the moves I am sending only to you.

interview to me. Watched tape of him doing leglock off
single leg. pretty cool move.

leg lock attacks and escapes for Brazilian jiujitsu

to boot.

for Xmas so no training just drinking and having
fun.
12/20/01: Congratulations
to Shane Dunn and Richard Travis for their recent first place
finishes in the N.A.G.A. All those hours spent
learning to stay out of leglocks did seem to pay off.
